The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a local area, not far from the Piazza del Popolo, restaurants and other services and the center of the old. Handy location, the private parking was available.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

The room in the tower at this place was perfect, with a great location near restaurants, services, the town center, and main sights.

The central location meant we could easily explore the awesome sights of Ascoli Piceno. The breakfast spread was insane, with a mix of homemade goodies and classic options. Elisa gave us the lowdown on the coolest places to eat and even shared some fascinating history. Laura and Elisa's hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. The terrace in the tower was sick, perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in the stunning views of the town and mountains.
The only bummer was that the shutters didn't completely block out the garden lights at night. It would have been rad if we could have made it pitch black in our room and had some wicked party vibes.

Great value for money, with elegant and spacious rooms in a beautiful old building. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the central square, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had a wider variety of options.

The room we stayed in during our Christmas visit was comfortable and cozy, perfect for the holiday season. The view from our rooftop terrace was breathtaking, especially with the city lights sparkling below. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and experience everything. Another advantage was the warm and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The difficulty in finding the hotel. If it wasn't for our host guiding us through the streets, it would have been quite challenging to locate the place.
